MEDJOYA ("we", "us") operates medjoya.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what your choices are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Email address - only if you join our launch waitlist. The form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered to our inbox.
• Emails you send us - if you write to any @medjoya.com address, your message is forwarded to our customer service inbox via ImprovMX.
• Basic technical logs - our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log requests per Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To send you one launch announcement and occasional brand updates, if you joined the waitlist.
• To answer your messages.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in any email. You can ask us to delete your data by writing to contact@medjoya.com and we will do so promptly.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting), FormSubmit (waitlist form), ImprovMX (email forwarding). We never sell your information.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
